Town Center Redevelopment Begins
A new chapter of convenience is taking shape.
The redevelopment of the Town Center marks the first phase of Acacia Estates' long-term upscaling initiative. Planned enhancements include a new supermarket, refreshed commercial spaces, al-fresco dining areas, a Central Plaza, and an Activity Park—creating more places for residents to shop, gather, and enjoy everyday moments.
The project will be implemented in phases through 2028, with the supermarket targeted within a 2030 timeframe, subject to planning and regulatory approvals.
