"Standing by this grand heritage structure while modern cranes and skies loom in the background feels like standing between two eras. It is a favorite because it anchors us; it shows that while the world rushes forward into the future, our community holds a beautiful, deep reverence for the foundations of the past."

Few may know that Casa Real's story began more than a century ago as the Tuason Residence on Sociego Street in Sampaloc, Manila. Originally built in 1915, the Art Deco home was carefully dismantled and relocated by DMCI Homes to Acacia Estates in 2011, where it was painstakingly restored using approximately 80% of its original materials.

Original narra and ipil floorboards, capiz windows, wooden wall calados, decorative iron grilles, and other heritage elements were preserved, allowing Casa Real to continue telling its story in a new home.

Today, Casa Real serves as the cultural heart of Acacia Estates, hosting weddings, celebrations, and community gatherings while preserving a piece of Manila's architectural heritage for future generations.

Acacia Town Center: Everyday Convenience Close to Home

Having everyday essentials just a short walk away is one of the conveniences residents appreciate most about living in Acacia Estates.

For Ivory Wood resident Jasmin Russel Lim, the Town Center has become part of her daily routine.

"Last but definitely not least, I love how easy it is to shop for everything I need (plus all my pregnancy cravings) at Acacia Town Center. It's just a short walk from home. These have been my go-to spots lately, and they've made this season of pregnancy feel a little lighter and a lot more enjoyable."

As part of Acacia Estates' long-term upscaling initiative, the commercial hub is undergoing a phased redevelopment that will introduce refreshed retail spaces, al fresco dining areas, a Central Plaza, an Activity Park, and a future supermarket. These enhancements aim to make daily living even more convenient while preserving the relaxed suburban atmosphere residents already enjoy.

The Leisure Pool: A Space to Relax, Recharge, and Stay Active

Jasmin Russel Lim also finds comfort in the leisure pool, especially during her pregnancy.

"Now that I'm in my third trimester, the pool has become one of my favorite spots. Swimming has been such a nice way to stay active without feeling like I'm carrying the weight of the world."
